I had an incredible experience at this spa hotel. The massage I received was top-notch and definitely helped me unwind after a long journey. The views of the lake and mountains from the hotel's various relaxation spots were breathtaking. However, the renovation of the spa location made it a bit bare, and payment only in cash was a slight inconvenience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with just a couple of minor issues.
